Profile

Equity partner. Holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in engineering from the Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanology, Tsinghua University, and is qualified both as a lawyer and as a patent attorney, with more than 20 years in practice. She advises technology, industrial design, international freight forwarding, healthcare and exhibition companies on an ongoing basis. Her dispute practice covers commercial contracts, equity and shareholder disputes, private lending and debt, and labour and employment, as well as divorce, post-divorce property division, inheritance and estate partition, and she also acts on applications for retrial of effective judgments and on civil and commercial procuratorial supervision. Recent work includes technology contract disputes, research collaboration and technology commercialisation, patent and trademark matters, data compliance and corporate governance. She coordinates complex matters spanning several practice groups and client relationships through a six-stage workflow - instruction, intake, evidence, hearing, documents and research; work specific to intellectual property is coordinated with the firm’s IP department.

Designs equity structures and capital contribution arrangements, drafts founders’ and concerted-party agreements and equity incentive plans, and advises on angel- and seed-round terms and share repurchases; when shareholder contribution or repurchase disputes arise, acts in first-instance proceedings and coordinates the claims for equity and for payment.

Applications for retrial of effective judgments and civil and commercial procuratorial supervision

Acts for parties applying to retry effective judgments, rebuilding the evidence chain and written advocacy around the original findings of fact, the admission of evidence and the application of law; where retrial is refused, applies to the procuratorate for supervision and pursues a decision to open review.
