
Holds a master’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Northeastern University and is completing an equivalent master’s programme in civil and commercial law at China University of Political Science and Law. He has passed the national unified legal professional qualification examination and all subjects of the CPA examination, and holds fund and securities practitioner qualifications. He previously worked on large-scale information system construction and digital operations at China Life and PICC P&C, and later led product and commercial cooperation projects at a rail transit technology company.
